    Municipal Authority and Regulation:

    This two-day module reviews the scope of municipal authority to regulate uses and activities for both private and public land. It lays the foundation for understanding the legal framework within which bylaws operate. Students are provided a manual with resource materials and examples to reference in the field.

    Enforcement Procedures:

    Building upon Module 1, and a prerequisite for module 3, this two-day module delves into the procedures related to the enforcement of bylaws. Participants will learn about the steps involved in investigating complaints, issuing notices, and resolving bylaw contraventions. (Prerequisite: Module 1).
